By accessing the IRON REALM store, using our website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of IRON REALM. We may update or modify these terms from time to time. Any updated terms will take effect when published on our website.

Your continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products

IRON REALM products may be produced and printed on demand.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, designs and images accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur as part of the printing and production process.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

We may update, modify or discontinue products, designs, colours, sizes or other product options at any time.

Product availability is subject to change.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated on the store or at checkout.

We may change product prices, promotions or offers at any time. However, changes will not affect an order already successfully placed at the previously displayed price, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment

The payment methods currently available for an order will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations. COD orders may be subject to phone-number or OTP verification before confirmation.

If online payment methods are introduced, the available options will be displayed at checkout and may be processed through third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to review, refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, suspicious, duplicated, incorrectly submitted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, phone number and delivery address, is accurate and complete.

IRON REALM is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer.

Placing an order does not prevent us from cancelling it where the product is unavailable, the information provided cannot be verified, there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the relevant payment method and our policies.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are subject to the processing and delivery conditions described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for being reasonably available to receive their order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, replacements and claims are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please review that policy before placing your order, particularly because products may be produced on demand.

Nothing in these terms or our policies is intended to restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the IRON REALM name, branding, logos, original product designs, graphics, website content and original imagery are owned by or licensed for use by IRON REALM.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without appropriate permission.

Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate uninterrupted or without technical errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IRON REALM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the store, products or services.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms, the store, or an order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
