Thank you for shopping with IRON REALM. As our products are made and printed on demand, each order goes through production before it is dispatched.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within India only.

Free Standard Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within India, with no minimum order value required.

Any applicable shipping charges or changes to available delivery methods will always be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Processing

IRON REALM products are produced on demand after an order is confirmed.

Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for production, printing, quality checks, and preparation for dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

Processing time is separate from the delivery time after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier network.

Therefore, customers should generally allow approximately 6–11 business days from order confirmation to delivery, although many orders may arrive sooner.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer for remote locations or due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within India.

COD availability will be shown at checkout.

To help verify COD orders and reduce unsuccessful deliveries, customers may be asked to verify their mobile number using a one-time password (OTP), including through WhatsApp where available.

Please provide an active and reachable mobile number when placing your order.

There is currently no additional COD fee unless a charge is specifically displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will receive tracking details through the contact method available for your order.

You can also use our Track Order page where applicable.

Please allow some time after dispatch for courier tracking information to become active.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep your registered phone number reachable and be prepared to make the applicable payment when the courier delivers your order.

If delivery cannot be completed after the courier's available delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us or our fulfilment facility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

Recipient name
Delivery address
Postal/PIN code
Mobile number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed delivery, or the shipment being returned.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address or order detail can be changed after processing has begun.

Delays Outside Our Control

Although we work to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier operations, public holidays, extreme weather, natural events, regional disruptions, or incorrect delivery information.
