Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the IRON REALM collection, choose your preferred design, colour and size, then click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and select an available payment method to place your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because IRON REALM products are made and printed on demand, orders may enter production shortly after they are confirmed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at ironrealmclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to help if production has not yet begun, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check the email address and other contact information you provided at checkout, including your spam or junk folder where applicable.

If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, contact ironrealmclothing@gmail.com with your name and the contact details used when placing the order.

Sizing

How do IRON REALM T-shirts fit?

Fit may vary depending on the style or collection. Please refer to the Size Guide on the individual product page before ordering rather than relying only on your usual size.

For the best comparison, measure a T-shirt you already own and compare those measurements with the garment measurements shown in our Size Guide.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because our products are made to order, we currently do not offer free returns or exchanges when the customer selects the wrong size.

Please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering.

If we send a different size from the one shown on your confirmed order, contact us and we'll review it as an incorrect-item claim.

Where can I find the Size Guide?

The Size Guide is available directly on the relevant product page so you can check the measurements before adding your T-shirt to the cart.

Shipping & COD

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within India only.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping throughout India with no minimum order value.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within India.

COD orders may require mobile-number verification using a one-time password (OTP), including through WhatsApp where available.

If COD is available for your order, it will appear as a payment option during checkout.

Is there an additional COD fee?

We currently do not charge an additional COD fee unless a charge is specifically displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Because our products are made and printed on demand, please allow approximately 2–4 business days for production and preparation.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier network.

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking becomes available, you will receive tracking details through the contact information provided with your order.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for courier tracking to begin showing movement.

What if my product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damaged or incorrect-item claims because it can help us verify the issue more efficiently.

Valid claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I return a product because I changed my mind?

Because IRON REALM products are made and printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns solely for a change of mind or because the customer selected the wrong size, colour or variant.

This does not affect your applicable rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming products.
